Simple but Delicious

Assalamualaikum dan slamat pg..suka betul mak pg2 nk hapdet blog kn hehe..just nk share simple recepi utk ibu2 yg bizis tp nk mknan bkhasiat utk femly cewahh.. ini food last2 week kot..balik keja dh ptg smntara nk tggu dinner mak buat la Simple Fruit Salad ni dulu,alas perut sblums dinner hehe.. Amani pn join skali mkn fruit salad ni..meh cekidaut recepi..mak curik kat blog si Jamie Oliver tu..

Simple Fruits Salad.
Banana
Oranges
Kiwi
Mango
1/2cup fresh yogurt
2 tbs honey
almond slices/any nuts

Cara-caranya:
*Potong smua buah ikut saiz yg anda suka
*Fresh yogurt tu kt mixed well with honey
*Gaul smua buah dgn dressing sos tu,tabur slices almond,SIAP!!

Kami suka fruit salad ini!!:-) tp utk Amani xboley la mkn almond tu,just bg buah2 saje hehe..



walaupun rupa maybe xmenariks tp rasa dia besss..


Next is recepi for Amani hehe..sgt simple and pantas utk dimasak sbb time ni Amani baru balik swimming so mmg kelaparan la tu..

Sup Ikan dgn Cous-Cous
seketul isi ikan tenggiri tanpa tulang ye
seketul bwg putih
seketul bwg merah
sehiris halia
sebatang serai diketuk2
daun sawi sejambak hehe..
olive oil sesudu dua
cous-cous 2-3 sudu besar

Cara-caranya:
*rendam cous-cous dlm air panas smpai betul2 lembut
*panaskan olive oil,tumis smua bwg2 serai,halia smpai naik bau.
*masukkan air skit msuk ikan pastu rebus smpai mendidih
*sawi dipotong halus2 pastu masukkan dlm sup td.
*kacau2 2-3minit dh siap! sawi xyah msak lama2 nnt hilang khasiat
*cous-cous td boley di tapis utk buang air rendaman tu..
*masukkan cous-cous dlm mngkuk,tuang sup ikan td dh ready utk di ngapp!!
sedapss mak bapak Amani pn suka hehe...


Excited a.k.a kelaparan suda bila tgk mknan..

Dah kenyang mkn senang ati boley la landing2 cmni tgk Tv!
